Use this page to request deletion of your Econ office dashboard account and associated personal data. No login is required to submit a request.

How accounts are created
Econ does not allow users to create their own accounts in the app or on the website. Company administrators provision accounts for office and field workers before you can sign in.
How users sign in
After an administrator creates your account, you sign in using your phone number and a one-time login code sent to Telegram.
Econ does not use a traditional username/password or OAuth for the office dashboard.
Request account and data deletion
To request deletion of your Econ account and associated personal data, complete the form below. You do not need to be logged in. We will verify your identity using the phone number linked to your account.

What we delete
When your request is approved, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- Your user profile (name, phone number, and login credentials)
- Authentication records tied to your account
- Personal identifiers used only for your account access
Operational records created in the course of your work (for example, trips, site activity, or equipment logs) may be retained by your company as business records. We cooperate with your organization when those records must be kept for legal or contractual reasons.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation once deletion is complete. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the phone number or email you provide.
Company administrator
If you are an employee, you can also ask your company administrator to remove your worker account from Econ. They can do this from the office dashboard.
