Material producers & quarries

Prove every delivery. Get paid without disputes.

When trucks leave the quarry or plant, Econ records who loaded, who drove, what was weighed, and where material unloaded. Customer disputes become shorter because every stage leaves evidence.

Why producers lose margin on “delivered” loads

Customers dispute volumes, trucks leave without a clear handoff, and partner companies finish deliveries with no shared trail. Your office ends up arguing from memory and WhatsApp photos.

  • Loads leave the yard without a recorded loader → driver handoff
  • Scale tickets and trip records live in separate systems (or paper)
  • Customers claim short delivery with no GPS or verification trail
  • Partner fleets complete the last mile and your proof stops at the gate
  • Reconciling daily production vs delivered m³ takes days

What you get

Outcomes tied to how Econ actually works in the field and office.

  • Verified loader → driver handoffs (QR or paper QR)
  • Optional weighbridge weight capture for net quantity
  • GPS checks that the load reached the intended site or area
  • Clear delivery proof you can share with customers
  • Inter-company trails when a partner takes the load
  • Products and equipment reports tied to real trips

From loading place to paid delivery

A concrete path from setup to proof - not a generic feature list.

01

Configure products & places

Define materials (aggregate, gravel, sand, etc.), loading places, and who can load. Optionally enable weighbridge profiles for scale capture.

02

Loader starts the trip

Loader assigns a driver, starts loading, and shows a QR (or printed paper QR). The driver scans to accept - status moves to driving.

03

Capture weight when you use scales

Weighbridge capture feeds net quantity so planned vs actual is based on measured loads, not assumed bucket counts.

04

Unload, prove, report

Unloader completes at the customer site (or partner handoff continues the trail). Office reports show what left and what landed.

Capabilities in detail

The product surfaces and mechanisms that deliver the outcomes above.

Loading places & loaders

Every departure is attributed to a place and a loader. Multi-place and multi-loader sites are supported in the field playbooks.

QR & paper QR handoff

Digital QR for phone-equipped drivers; paper QR when the cab has no app - both create the same trip record.

Weighbridge / scale weight

Office sets product weight units and profiles; field captures scale weight so net quantity feeds reports and customer conversations.

Verification codes

Loader, driver, and unloader codes confirm the right people completed each stage - harder to fake a completed trip.

Partner / ICT handoffs

When another company finishes the delivery, inter-company trips keep an audit trail on both sides instead of a phone call.

Delivery & utilization reports

Products report for volume; equipment report for trucks that moved your material - exportable for finance and ops.

Questions for this audience

Buyer- and operator-level answers. Full procedures live in Docs.

No. Econ captures and attaches scale weights to trips when you enable weighbridge support - your existing scale remains the measurement device.
