Command center forevery project & site

KPIs, projects, trips, delivery progress, equipment and product reports, user management, and trip issue approval — everything your office team needs in one dashboard.

What you get

Six pillars of the office dashboard

Role-based access — you only see the areas your company role allows.

Projects & sites

Create projects, upload alignment data, manage products and places, configure sites (dates, chainage, foreman), and monitor every active trip on site detail pages.

Dashboard KPIs

Company-wide snapshot: trips by status, site progress, delivery percentages per product, equipment counts, and recent field activity.

Equipment report

See how each truck or machine contributed to trips — scores, utilization, and drill-down by project and site.

Products report

Track planned vs actual delivery by product unit (e.g. m³), active trips in progress, and analysis dialogs for variance.

Nearby equipment

Discover registered equipment near your worksites to plan hires or coordinate with owners in the marketplace.

User management

Maintain company workers, roles, and access. Invite office staff; field workers use the same company directory on mobile.

/dashboard

Your home screen after login

Executive snapshot and quick actions — tap a product row to open the same analysis as the full products report.

  • Total cars, users, projects, active sites
  • Material delivery — planned vs actual per product with progress bars
  • Trip statistics — loading, driving, unloading, unloaded, needs checking, approved
  • Site statistics — not started, loading, done, foreman assigned or not
  • Recent trips, sites, and projects for daily standups

Projects — where everything starts

/dashboard/projectsHome — search, export CSV, create, and drill into each job.

Upload CSV

Survey alignment with chainage + coordinates. Example row: 13+800,500000,1200000,1500.5

From map points

At least two WGS84 points, interval in meters, optional starting chainage — click the map to add points.

Recommended setup order

  1. 1Create project — upload CSV (chainage, easting, northing, elevation) or draw from map points
  2. 2Add products and product places along the alignment
  3. 3Assign project members — drivers pick equipment when required
  4. 4Manage sites — chainage segment, dates, products & places per site
  5. 5Open site detail — trips, stats, settings, generate report

Site detail

.../sites/[siteId] — control tower for one corridor

Trip tables, delivery statistics, expected trips per place, site settings, paper QR, and formal report generation — all in one page.

Trips table

Live statuses, edit where allowed, trip issue banners for driver reports and foreman classification.

Trip issue approval

Backoffice approves or rejects — fixed report values; some outcomes trigger per-trip equipment report.

Site settings

Foreman, average car speed, loading/unloading times — often required before save.

Loader paper QR

Print QR for loading yards without phones at the handoff point.

Generate report

Recalculate equipment-per-trip scores for completed trips that calendar day.

GPS verification: unloaded trips may show as "needs checking" until positions are compared to survey data (~100 m). Then approved when verified.

Reports that close the loop

Turn field trips into numbers management can trust.

User management

HR and admins maintain the company directory. Project engineers still add workers as project members for field access.

By phone (Telegram)

Enter phone, fetch preview, assign role — worker joins under current company. They log in with the same number on web and mobile.

Without Telegram

Loader-only path — role cannot be changed later. Use when a yard worker has no Telegram account.

Self-service /register is not wired — onboard via User Management.
