Company worker ≠ project member

Two steps to get someone working on a job — HR adds them to the company, engineers assign them to the project.

Company worker

Created in User Management — name, phone, company role. Exists in your company directory. Can log in to web or mobile with that phone.

Without this step, they cannot authenticate as your company user.

Project member

Added on project detail — links a company worker to a specific job. Drivers often need equipment/plate selected. This unlocks the project on mobile Work.

Same person on multiple projects? Assign on each project separately.

Flow: HR adds worker Engineer assigns to project Field uses mobile

Know your role? Log in and start.

Office users open the dashboard. Field staff use the Econ mobile app with the same phone number registered by your company.
